There are variations in the price based on season and number of
people are using the flat.
The apartment has to be left clean swept.
In addition to the prices shown in the list there is a deposit needed (please see
right).

than 4 weeks? Don't hesitate, we are happy to make a special
proposal.

The
apartment is a non-smoker flat.
Electricity
and water is included in the pricing.
The rental
price has to be paid as follows:
The tenant
has to pay 50% of the rental price latest 14 days after getting
the invoice. The remaining amount has to be paid at least two
weeks before arrival.
If the
period of time from renting to arrival is lower than 14 days,
the whole amount has to be paid at once.
The deposit
has also to be paid 14 days before arrival. A refund to your
bank will be executed if no claims are made as soon as possible
after your stay.
If the rent
is not paid before arrival, we have the right to give the flat
away.
if there a need to cancel the contract
the following compensations will be due for payment:
up to 49
days before arrival: 10 % of the rental fee.
up to 35
days before arrival: 30 % of the rental fee.
up to 21
days before arrival: 60 % of the rental fee.
up to 14
days before arrival: 90 % of the rental fee.
Cancellations are only valid when
confirmed in writing (eg by mail).
Nevertheless, we will try to sublet the
apartment. Compensations out of this will be reimbursed to the
cancelation fee.
In the case of terminating your rental period early, a reimbursement
is not possible.
